App Development Reflection

In this assignment, you will be creating a PowerPoint of all the subjects you learned from week 1 up to week 9. This is a group assignment, so make sure to form a group as described below.

Congrats. You have completed the App Development Pipeline. This pipeline gave us some insight into the development process when creating an application.

You are a member of a web-based magazine company.  Code World Mag LLC, is a company that produces a monthly magazine related to Programming and the experiences of those using it. The magazine is broken up into 2 sections. Tutorials and Researcher. Your job is to break down your last assignment into two parts. A tutorial that explains how the code works and what it does. The second article will describe the code used and the resources used to complete the application. Finally, your job will be to then describe your plans for the future of your app and possible updateTEAM:

This assignment can be completed as a group or as an individual. If you complete this assignment as a group, make sure to follow the steps below and assign positions as listed below. Each position pays units (Team Lead and Reporter).

Group Steps:

1. The entire class is a group in this assignment. You may also go to create a new group in Canvas by : (Select People ->Group Set)
2. Assign the  group's Team Lead (75 units by invoice to the accountant on (discord) ) 
3. Assign group's Manager (manages notes, contacts, task list) (65 units by invoice to the accountant (discord))  The Team LEAD Position 

Team Lead 

• Hold a team meeting (Canvas, Discord, Zoom, or in-person)
• Send an announcements to the discord channel letting your class know that the group has been formed.
• Create a Google Docs shared folder and give edit access to members as needed.
• Create/manages a Google Docs folder for the team
• Responsible for distributing a reliable link to the team to submit individually to teh assignments area. 
• Payment = 75u + Authority to Reopen 1 past assignment with an invoice to the accountant (discord) .   The Team Reporter Position

Manager

• Make a Google Sheets spreadsheet of the contacts (Shared: view only with other members)
• Create a Google Sheets spreadsheet TODO list that details the responsibilities of each team member. (Shared: view only)
• Create Canvas or Discord channel discussions on the project.
•  Payment = 25u + Can extend the deadline of an assignment that has not expired with an invoice. 

The TEAM:

1.     Every member of the team must have a task listed and completed on the task list managed by the team manager or team lead.

 Note: Noteam must provide the accountant (Discord Accountant) with a contract that states that every member is responsible for completing the tasks and that the task list represents an agreement between everyone in the group. This will provide insurance for those in a group who complete their tasks against members who may not perform their assigned duties or the selected tasks. It must also state that each member is expected to participate and are responsible for turning their own link in through Canvas. Your team may add other reasonable stipulations as needed. d the unit compensation. If you decide to complete the assignment as an individual it is as simple as completing the assignment requirements and turning in the your completed work as described in the requirements.
